Dined at this Brazillian steakhouse for the first time as part of a birthday celebration for grandson and spouse. Meals are 1 price ($42/person), which includes the quite robust salad bar and an unlimited amount of beef, lamb, pork sausage, pork ribs, or chicken served table side. What really makes this restaurant unique is the roving servers, each with a different cut of meat on a skewer - ribeye, top sirlon, filet, etc. - and when you desire to have another serving of meat, you simply turn the card over at your plate (red indicates "not now," green indicates "I'm ready"). If the next server is not offering the type of cut you wish, you simply tell him that you're waiting for xxx cut of meat, and the server offering that cut will shortly arrive at your table. You're asked what doneness you desire, and the server cuts the meat from the skewer for you to savor. If you dine here and don't go home with a full stomach, you've missed a great opportunity to do so.
Our table of 8 had every cut of meat available, and not one had any serving that was not done to the doneness asked for, and every serving had a most satisfying taste. You will not find a more professional, friendly, and responsive wait staff than those here, who truly go above and beyond in making sure each guest is totally satisfied with all aspects of the dining experience.
As other reviewers have suggested, if you're dining here for the meat selections, it's probably wise to skip the salad bar or hit it very lightly, and instead enjoy the roving meat selections and the shared sides placed at each table and refreshed as they are consumed. Full service bar, although draft beer is not available.
Two hours and 8 full stomachs later, we were all quite satisfied with our dining experience, including the two birthday celebrants, who were also each presented with a cake and ice cream dish to honor their new age.
A somewhat expensive restaurant, but given the amenities and offerings, well worth it, especially for special occasions. Make reservations, though, as the line of waiting customers grows quite rapidly - especially on weekend nights.
