I've been to Brazil twice and went to Porcão and some places way out in the sticks, where they raise the beef in the grasslands. The only thing missing at this buffet is the lamb loin and cupim (the hump of the Brahma bull). However, they do have stunning lamb chops. The salad bar is not as crazy as some American places, but Porcão wasn't crazy either, just simple.
Everything was cooked perfectly and the Picanha was legit.
