“Great Experience, Great Food!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 9, 2012

Went to Chama Guacha for brother-in-law's birthday, and man what a treat!
Free valet parking to start was nice. We had called ahead, so the wait was minimal for a party of about 20. The salad bar was very good, with a great selection of items. But dont fill up on the salad, because there is going to be plenty of meat you are going to want to try. Once the meat started coming around it didn't stop! Bottom sirloin was amazing, as well as the chicken. Everything was great and we left very full. Overall it was a wonderful experience, and we will be back for sure. Prices are what you would expect for a Brazilian steakhouse. About $40 a person plus drinks and tip of course. Only negative was that I got a good amount of splatter from the meats being cut in the table. no big deal, but annoying since we were dressed rather nice.

“Go hungry and be selective because it's all good”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 2, 2012

We try not to indulge in this place too often. It's too easy to eat too much as it's a no doggie bag place. The salad bar is impressive. But the meats are the star. We avoid filling up on the sides or meats that are not favorites and request the meats we like the best. I also cannot resist the mini pop overs.

“Almost like Sao Paolo”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 28, 2012

I've been to churascarrias in Brazil and while the salad bar was smaller than you find there, it was more than adequate (much larger than American salad bars) and in every other way equal to the ambiance of a Brazillian steakhouse. The selection of meats was the best I have seen in the United States. Prices were reasonable, service was impeccable. Bring your appetite!

“Unbelievably Delicious”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 27, 2012

The meats are perfectly seasoned and cooked; the salad bar has so many wonderful, fresh items; the sides offered with the meal are yummy; and the servers are friendly and attentive. The house wines are quite good, as well! I haven't tried the competition, but I loved Chama Gaucha, and I would happily go back for another meal.
