Riverwalk is fun to explore, and while initially my friend and I got lost we soon discovered how to orient ourselves to the winding ways of the river. Plus if necessary one can always go upstairs to the street level and re-orient. It is a fairly small area where the shops and restaurants are, so easy to get from one area to another. There is also a lengthy section of Riverwalk away from the restaurants, ideal for walking, jogging, and just enjoying nature. I recommend also taking the river barge tour for a little history of the walk and the adjacent buildings.
