The staff as all wonderful -- very helpful and congenial. I really felt like they enjoyed their jobs and loved talking to people.

Getting to the top level of seating seemed odd. The elevators were clearly marked, but the stairs didn't seem to be. We had (obviously) never been there before, and had to search around for the stairs. It was either that or wait a long time for one of the two elevators, which carried 10 people at a time.

perfect floor seats and fabulous strawberry margaritas. The lines for t shirts was less than 2 minutes compared with the 45 min. wait line upstairs

A place to check the venue while you are in town, there might be something going on that pleases you, it stays busy all the time, and it is a nice structure.

The season opener for the Talons was spectacular! Me and a group of football players and fans went to this game. It was very well attended. The Alamodome is a historic landmark and a great place to hold an event such as arena football. While I am not a season ticket holder of this team, I did enjoy sitting just rows from the sideline and have the feeling of being right there with the action. This facility is home to so many other high profile games like the All American Bowl, many state football championships, and now home to the UTSA Roadrunners. I strongly recommend people support events in this location. It is an open space that is easy to find seats and there is not a bad seat in the entire Alamodome. By the way, this was the home of the Spurs for several years before they moved into the AT&T Center just a couple miles away.

Visiting the Alamodome is interesting. It used to the the home of the Spurs, but now sits empty most of the time, a tribute to poor urban planning. It is located in the heart of the city, but lacks adequate parking. Eventually, it will likely be torn down, as the occassional concert and football game can't cover the costs of keeping it running.
