“Crowd-Pleasing, Kid-Friendly”
Reviewed November 25, 2013

Seaworld is a spread out natural wonder. The various areas of dolphins, sharks, walrus, water birds, and orcas are quite a ways apart, so allow time for travel (there is no tram, the one thing I am most disappointed by). Staff even entertain the crowds while waiting for a scheduled show to begin.
The wonder is of the beautiful animals and how well trained they are. They seemed healthy and happy, and the kids were delighted.
I am not much on rides, but was talked into a roller coaster (a lot of fun, and obviously very concerned about safety) but I would not go on the one that flips you upside down. Not my thing.

Pleasant and enjoyable visit.

“Too Many Fails”
Reviewed November 25, 2013

First, we paid about a buck a piece for fish to feed to their seals. After we paid for the fish, the guy selling them dumped three buckets of fish in the seal pond. We could not get a single seal to even look our way ofter that. We tried to return the unused fish and they guy pointed to a sign that reads, "No Refunds." Not sure why we had to pay to feed THEIR seals who weren't even hungry. Also, the killer whale shoe is a total waste of time. They don't allow them to do anything anymore. The dolphins are just sad. The only good show is the balooga whales. The Canery Caper is okay, but it is about twenty years old. Most people have seen it before at zoos and stuff.

“A zillion wows!!!”
Reviewed November 18, 2013

What an experience! The shows are fabulous and I certainly admire how well the animals are cared for and the knowledge and commitment of the trainers. We went in November- off season. It wasn't packed so we were able to walk up to everything. We talked with several season ticket holders who visit it at that time of the year because of that reason although it was too chilly for the water attractions. We paid $12/ person to do the dolphin touch and it was well worth it. I thought we would stick our hands out and they would swim under them so therefore "touching". Wrong- we had our own trainer and dolphin"Don Lee" and had him to ourselves for 5-10 minutes. It was the highlight of our day and trip! We loved it!!! My grand girl loved the show"Azul".
We bought tix on line. $50/adult $40/child. Well worth it!

“NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE =(”
Reviewed November 14, 2013

when i went in 2008 it was so great. now we were so disappointed. when we walked thru the door we had to throw away a sandwhich? REALLY? then we got shafted at the dolphins, had to walk all the way back past the entrance to get in a line to get tickets to feed them then stand in line again to wait. then in the aquarium (you would think would be good considering the name is SEAWORLD) theres a big talk when you first walk in with nothing but crappy perch. nothing else! there's no walrus anymore, the orca show hardly delivered and dont expect a balooga whale in the balooga whale show either. what happened to SeaWorld???

“Be careful if booking over the phone - had many issues. Nice park!”
Reviewed November 13, 2013

The problems I had trying to book special visits over the phone - were far too numerous to mention!! Park was clean. Employees - very nice! Paid extra to do the behind the scenes tour with the dolfin and penguin. Both were great! Got pics with both and got to pet both! Kids loves the roller coasters! Enjoyed the Shamu Show!
