A must pilgrimage for all real Texans. People from all over the world come to pay tribute to courage and honor. The plaza is soon to be upgraded. Remember the Alamo.

At first, the line looked super long on a hot day and we weren’t going to wait. But I’m glad we did. The line went by really fast and it was very interesting to walk through. Plus it was free and there were a couple cool buildings to go into. We had a stroller and there were a few small flights of stairs (like 3 or 4 stairs) but it was easy to get the stroller through. There were even demonstration by people dressed in the time period that would be interesting to older kids.

Come on, it's the Alamo! Everyone should get a chance to check it out. The area is very well maintained, as is the building itself. Docents were available to ask questions and we never felt rushed through. The line moves quickly, if there is a line.

Well maintained and so informative. Lovely grounds, lots of volunteers around to answer questions. Highly recommend. Remembrance is important and it valued in this place.

More remains than just the stone front of what is now called The Alamo. You have options of a guided tour, audio tour or just walk yourself around and read the historical significance that this piece of real estate played in our county's beginning. The displays in the buildings that have been preserved are well done.

We did a tour with Lee and he was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and friendly. You can access the Alamo for free but the walking tour was $15. Well worth it.

It was very interesting. A must see if in San Antonio. We were a little surprised that the park area around it was quiet small.

Not too touristy and an "original" experience with the story and facts shared well by displays and staff.
