We were in Salem for the day looking for lunch and noticed a crowd outside of Red's. This is your typical diner type grill restaurant. We happened to be there on a Sunday, so they were still serving breakfast. The plates were enormous and the food was piled high. I had the omelette, my daughter had the spinach Florentine, and my husband had one of the specials which I think was crab cakes. Everything was really good, but too much food. It seemed a waste as I noticed most people only ate half their home fries. They were really good, but just too much. The service was friendly, and efficient. The atmosphere is very casual. I would recommend it for anyone with a big appetite.
