After hearing good things about Finz, my husband and I were disappointed with the quality of food served. The appetizers (raw oysters and fried oysters) were good but the entrees (paella and north Atlantic halibut), drinks and desserts were not. The sides served with the halibut (mashed potatoes and vegetables) were cold, almost as if they were plated and left to wait for the halibut. The paella was bland. The mixed drinks were strong but without good flavor. I wouldn't waste my time trying Finz a second time, there are much better restaurants in Salem.
