“Felt Lonely...”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 7, 2012

We were there late night for a dinner and was surprised to find only one other couple there. The food was reasonably priced and okay. I had the lobster and it was okay but fell short of what I had expected from an oceanfront location. The service was nice and friendly and the atmosphere was clean and pleasant. This was a stark contrast from when we walked past it our first day in Salem. Around early afternoon on Sunday, it appeared to be a booming location. I would try it again for a weekend lunch.

“Nice afternoon's stop”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 5, 2012

We stopped in for a bowl of chowder and a glass of wine after several hours of sightseeing in Salem. The restaurant's location was perfect; provided terrific views of the water and boat traffic as we sat on the outside, second floor deck. Our waitress was accommodating and friendly. The chowder was delicious and filling. The only problem we had was that it was luke warm when it was served. Would have preferred it hot.

“Good food, terrible service”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 29, 2012

Our food was very nice but not sure it was worth the price we
paid for it. The waitress spilled my cocktail on me and the table
and did not even offer extra napkins, we had to ask another
waiter for them. None of the staff seemed to give any care at all
to their jobs or the patrons. Will probably never revisit this restaurant or recommend it to anyone.

“Great memories!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 26, 2012

We had a table outside overlooking the harbor and a beautiful sunset. The atmosphere certainly added to our wonderful evening, but it wasn't the only thing! The food was perfect!!! When there is silence at the dinner table with our group, it's only because the food is prepared as requested and is delicious. Two had lobster and two had steak...one cooked medium, one rare. Perfect!! The waitstaff was spot on....they clearly enjoy their jobs!
