“2nd Time a Disappoinment”
Reviewed May 14, 2013

After a first pleasant visit we went back for lunch. This time the hostesses were disorganized, we waited too long for our table, that was empty! The service was friendly, but the main meal took way too long to get to us and then it was obvious it had been sitting on the counter for a while. Our waitress had been helping her manager putting down shades instead of serving us. This place is a chain restaurant and expensive for the portions one gets. The patio is fun, the view is great, but you can go around the corner for the best gelato and have an even better view.

“Mmmmm....good!”
Reviewed May 12, 2013 via mobile

Stopped by for a late night dinner. Excellent margaritas and the food, which is all made fresh daily, was excellent. Both the fish tacos and the barbecue pork tacos were exceptional. Friendly, efficient service. This place has a great balcony and a fun, lively atmosphere. We'll be back for sure!

“The worst "Chicken Mole" ever imaginable”
Reviewed May 7, 2013

My daughter and I split an order of chicken mole, which consisted of 2 itsy bitsy pieces of chicken sitting on top of a bowl of rice. Mixed into this concoction were minced up various vegetables. No mole sauce to be tasted or seen. Pathetic. Side of corn on the cob was overcooked and mushy.

“Yummy”
Reviewed May 7, 2013 via mobile

I love love the tacos. And everything else I've ever had. There is something so wonderful about sitting on the deck looking at the mountains. Highly recommend the chipotle shrimp and the fish tacos as well as the guacamole. One of my favorite places in Tucson. Yes it's a little pricey and gets loud when crowded, but worth it.

“Beautiful Views but Noisy and Medicore Food”
Reviewed May 7, 2013

If you can come early, the best way to experience Blanco is happy hour for half priced appetizers and drinks. Otherwise, the food is pretty mediocre, the room noisy, and the lack of adequate rest rooms can make the experience painful. The views of Tucson are spectacular and service is always excellent, so happy hour for the half priced drinks and appetizers but after happy hour, I don't think so...the portions are small and expensive with nothing exceptional about the food.
