I found the entire staff I encountered commendable. Every interaction was met with an eager desire to help. Standouts are the front desk staff and Mr. William Arce with the banquets staff. Mr Arce went above and beyond to care for my clients as well as my crew. Well done sir!

Room Tip: G517 is close to the ballroom and the loading dock. The only drawback was the trucks backing into th...

I normally favor a small type hotel or resort but LP turned into a pleasant surprise. The property is huge so it will accommodate almost anything you want to do from gold, spa, swimming and just enjoying the sun. The stay easy very pleasant and the walks in the warm Tucson evenings were very enjoyable. The room was spacious and very well kept...and the view over the pool was not noisy. I will stay here again...in fact I look forward to it

We had 4 rooms, a nice family get away, staff was very friendly, tina from concierge and Matt from bell who have a ride to the family inside the resort since our 2 years old was dying to be for the first time in a long golf cart. Restaurant prices come in every size with coffee shop and nice restaurants.
We were in a slow week in between group but I am sure it would have been the same.

Friendly, helpful staff - clean, neat room - large bathroom - beautiful grounds, but be sure to keep the map with you - multiple pathways, a large property and similair looking buildings equals a turned around guest.

We just returned from 5 days in Tucson at the Westin La Paloma Resort. It's a lovely location north of the city near the Catalina Foothills. The rooms are spread out along the hillside. Be prepared to get your exercise! There's lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. The rooms are very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our 4 nights at The Tucson Resort, My wife had some Spa time and I explored two Tennis lessons. The grounds are very nice and all the staff had a level of service we enjoy yet do not always get. The Lawn staff shut off his blower as we approached and the Pool servers hustled and kept everyone hydrated, I took a couple rides down the water slide - lay down on your back and cross arms over chest - go FASTER! Breakfast Buffet was ok Good but ordered an Omlet and was much better. Sunrise over Mountains is really cool. Would for sure stay again.

Room Tip: The rooms are kind of spread out which allowed us to enjoy the grounds and see the succulent plants...

So we were unsure what high quality resort to stay at in Tucson. Yelp rated star pass better than la paloma, but then came Raj! He was so fun and personable that we were sold instantly! The staff here is #amazing! Reception (JOSE) was very good and the valets (DEXTER) was great! All around nice rooms and exceptional service. Thanks Westin and all their employees.
