“A very nice stay”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 18, 2013

A very comfortable stay, with a wonderful pool. Everyone was very nice. The grounds are very well kept up. Someone had spilled something in the elevator and a service person was dispatched quickly to clean it up.

Room Tip: All Rooms are Suites and are very nice

Room was comfortable - we liked the large bathroom, and having a separate living room area. The carpet could have used some upgrade - there were protruding nails snagging socks and toes. The sleep number bed was also comfortable, but they need to put instruction card on the bed with the controls. We slept 2 nights without realizing that we could adjust the comfort level. Pool was nice and large. Room service - good food and price.

Room Tip: Rooms on west side facing the parking lot get a great sunset.

This hotel is phenomenal from check-in to check-out! They have delicious lemonade in the lobby. The check-in process was very welcoming and I felt right at home. The breakfast buffet is pretty good, but not the best buffet I have had at a hotel. Their pool and hot tub was very relaxing and refreshing. Can't wait to go back to Tucson so I can stay here again.

Only stayed one night after staying in Green Valley for a wedding. Rooms were very comfortable and large. Separate sitting/TV room and a very large bathroom. Received breakfast coupons but was to able to use. Would recommend hotel for the quality and price.

The rooms are definitely a bit dated and in desperate need of a renovation. The property itself is nice, but the rooms are so drab and dirty. On a positive note I did like that the bedroom was separate from the living room, and the bathroom was huge. Had a separate bathtub and shower, and separate sinks. The rooms do come with a refrigerator and microwave, which comes in very handy. The room had a sleep number bed, but was broken as the remote did not allow me to change the settings. The screen door to the balcony was broken and wouldn't slide without me fighting with it.

Stayed at this hotel as part of a large group. The staff went far beyond the expected and left no stone unturned in its effort to make the stay pleasurable and convenient. Literally everybody was welcoming and friendly. The rooms were splendid. The breakfast and dining room were splendid. It is hard to provide enough praise for this establishment. It is surprising when people work so hard to be exceptional.

I stay frequently at the Radisson on business for my employer, about once a month, sometimes several days in a row. I particularly appreciate Edward the bellman. He's always friendly, prompt, and efficient in his service. Check in is fast and efficient. Once, my reservation was messed up, but they quickly accommodated me without question. The rooms are always clean (slightly dated) but the big, Sleep Number bed is really comfy. I enjoy the large breakfast buffet which makes for a great start for the day. The breakfast servers are prompt, friendly, quick to refill a cup, or offer one to take on the road. Because I stay there on business, I do not use some of the amenities such as the pool, spa or exercise room. I have favorite restaurants in Tucson, so I rarely eat dinner at the hotel. Yet, when I have eaten there, the food has been good. Being a Club Carlson members has special perks as well. It may not seem like much, but having my favorite soft drink and dessert waiting for me in the fridge makes for a very enjoyable arrival after a long day at work. Needless to say, I am a big fan of the Tucson Radisson.

Room Tip: I prefer the quiet solitude away from the pool area, and several levels up, not ground level. Numer...
