We were in Tuscon for a wedding and family reunion and we could have not picked a better place to stay. Everyone that works there is super friendly and could not have been more helpful. The rooms were very clean and they gave you clean towels and bed linens everyday. The complimentary breakfast was always good and they had different things each day. The front desk people were super helpful we had a large number of people staying there and one of my sisters lost an earring in her room and when she arrived home she had a message from them saying they had found the earring and they would be glad to send it to her. It was a great place to stay!!!!!!!!!

I recently traveled to Tucson for a wedding. The Bride and Groom had booked the guest at a couple hotels in the area. I was fortunate enough to get one of the rooms at The Hampton Inn. Honestly I think this is the first time I’ve stayed at a Hampton. Tim at the front desk was very helpful. I had my little girl with me so he bumped me up to a King suite so she would have more room to play. They had complimentary breakfast every morning which was outstanding! So much to choose from. It was so nice to walk down the hall every morning for breakfast rather then having to walk or drive someplace else. Having a one year old makes going out to eat difficult so it was so nice to have everything right there in the lobby. The service, breakfast, staff were all top notch! Great place to stay!

Room Tip: Here's a tip. The hotel right next door (forgot the name) in the same parking lot is under the same ownership as the Hampton so you can use that pool which is a little nicer and bigger then the one at the Hampton. Just go in the lobby and tell them you're a hampton guest and they'll give you a pool key. Also the mexican Restaurant there is amazing! Its a bit spendy but it really good food. Randy the bartender can make a great Cucumber Margarita! They also have pool service.

we stayed here last month, and from the minute we walked in, we loved it. joe, the front desk man gave us a huge friendly welcome. was at the door every time we walked in and out that evening, same with the woman at the desk the next morning. the locations is super centrally located, the breakfast buffet is out of this world, we really enjoyed the western omelette. the rooms are large and clean, nice amenities, the pool is a nice size, the only thing is that the pool towels are like large washcloths ( i imagine so people don't steal them seeing they leave them in stacks around the pool for you to use) , but we used a couple each, no problem. i will definitely stay here again because of the location, breakfast and welcoming staff!

Room Tip: we got it off hotwire

Our family of four (Mom, Dad & 2 kids) stayed one night in a suite at the Hampton Inn and Suites Tucson Mall. The property is very well maintained with a surprisingly artistic and interesting lobby area. With "Tucson Mall" in the property name I expected to find the hotel within walking distance of the mall. That is not the case unless you are up for a long walk.

All of the people working the hotel were very nice and very helpful. Our night desk guy was able to help with a couple questions while working to check in three different parties all at once.

Breakfast was OK. The restaurant setting is nice. Oatmeal, cereal, and breads were all very good. Eggs and breakfast meat were about what you would expect in banquet style food...OK, not great.

Our room was comfortable and clean with a few dings and some wear and tear signs.

Pool was good.

Room Tip: Several interior courtyard rooms have no view at all. Wall or roof of the expanded lobby fills the entire window.
