“Beautiful Property”
Reviewed November 2, 2012

We checked in late yesterday afternoon. The property is beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful. We have been fortunate to stay in some very nice rooms but our suite here is one I particularly like. Great view of the golf course, quiet room, and a very comfortable bed. The room is spacious, has a walk in closet, two vanities, a couch and two two comfy chair, and a desk. Internet access if free and easy to log on to. Desert decor is very cool. We are here until Sunday. Should be fun!!

I have stayed at this resort on both business and pleasure and have never been disappointed. The Mountain Vista rooms are spacious and most look out on the golf course. Wonderful buffet breakfast started our days and the spa is relaxing and well kept. Pool is beautiful but did not have a chance to use it. We did have a very loud post wedding party next store - the front desk came out right away - problem solved.

We stayed in a Hacienda for 3 nights in September. We had originally booked for 2 nights and decided to extend our stay because we were so pleased. We were over looking the water hazard on the Ninth hole, and we had a lot of fun feeding the resident duck population. Our suite was very comfortable and did not lack a single amenity. However, it does show its age a bit and a minor face-lift, decor wise, would not be a bad idea.
The staff were absolutely top notch. They were very friendly, completely professional and always willing to assist in any way.
The pools were scrupulously clean and the entire property outside was beautifully landscaped, and maintained.
The road construction outside the resort made coming in a challenge. But the front desk staff gave a detailed verbal description of the way to get around the road closures that ended up being the easiest way in to the resort.
A favourite piece of jewelry was left behind and the staff took a panicked phone call and went in search. When it was found, we were called immediately and the necklace returned at their cost.
This was the icing on the cake.
We will definitely return on our next trip to Arizona

Stayed in the Mountain Vista rooms. We had two connecting rooms - a double queen connected with a single king. Rooms had been updated relatively recently. Beamed, high slanting ceilings, huge bathroom with separate big tub and shower, along with a vanity outside the main bathroom. Walk-in closet. Rooms are big! Couch, two chairs, mini-frig, desk, and balcony/patio overlooking a green w/ the Catalina mountains as the back-drop. Room is very comfortable, and nice little "feature" - the rooms are connecting with two doors separated by a little hallway/room. Privacy if the kids are in one room and you're in the next, and you can store all your luggage and stuff in there, though with the big closet space is plentiful. Pool is nice, warm water for those cool nights. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Mountain Vista rooms are on two floors and are staggered for some privacy on the patio/balcony. Rooms were very quiet - well constructed. Three kids in room next door and hardly heard a peep. Pool area particularly beautiful at night with the torches and pool lights, and exterior lighting (as in all of Tucson) is unobtrusive and adds to the feel of privacy. Great stay - highly recommended. As noted, road a mile back from the Omni is under construction and signage is limited, so be patient and ask for directions at the QuickMart - you'll get there!

These folks are well-trained and helpful. Could not ask for a better hotel. The beds were a dream.Food was great, room was beautiful, and grounds lovely, but most of all the staff was over-the-top friendly. Because of Tucson's weird street repairing system, was difficult to get there, but it was not Omni's fault. Great place to have a wedding. They were so kind to the bridal party.

Room Tip: They all looked good to me.

True to the Omni brands attention to detail, this resort was gorgeous in everyway. Staff was friendly and efficient, Landscape was done to perfection, and our Room was beautifully appointed & very specious. I loved the soothing music they played throughout the resort and we sat by the firepit at night, enjoying the magnificent stars. Only negative is all the construction at the main entrance blocking the road completely. It made our GPS very confused!

Room Tip: Newly renovated rooms ve look the Fairways of Tucson National Golf Club, with private balconies and...

My wife and I have had the luxury of traveling all over the world and extensively here in the US. This hotel and it's staff are one of the best I've ever had the privilege of visiting. The ambiance, hospitality and food was just remarkable. Second to none. Being a business man I believe the credit lies directly with the Manager of this hotel. What a guy. Folks, trust me, we are very, very picky about where we stay and I can tell you for a fact you will not want to leave this place. My hats off to them for their kindness and generosity.

Room Tip: Just trust the staff. They will not do you wrong.
