We frequent this resort often and have enjoyed our stay every time. However, we did run into a small problem with very slow service at the bar and grill one evening. I understand that these happen from time to time but it was still disappointing that it happened at all. We prefer the rooms near the main pool and the resort itself since they've been renovated more recently than their Hacienda rooms which are more like cottages located on the outskirts of the property.

This beautiful resort really made our anniversary special. I hope we can go here again next year. The service was impeccable, the rooms beautiful, and the food was terrific. This is a 5 star resort with very reasonable prices. We were so pleased with this resort! We sat out by the fire in the evening, with the soothing music; we listened to coyotes out in the wild in the evening, and the hiking trails surrounding the resort were beautiful. The pool and hot tub also were very elegant. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. We loved this place and can't wait to go back.

Room tip: Ask for a room overlooking the golf course.

Nice resort - rooms were very clean and large. It can be noisy when people are in the pool, but it did not seem to go very late. We did have trouble getting the cigarette butts off of the deck - we had to ask 2 days in a row before they were cleaned up. Ethernet in room never worked even we asked 2 times for that to be looked at. Other than these 2 issues, we had a nice visit.

I'm an avid Tripadvisor user. So when a friend told me he booked us a casita at Omni Tuscon, I was wary due to reviews on here. What I found was that, thankfully, the reviews of old, dirty, dilapidated casitas did not apply to our casita. In fact, it was superb, with a plush, king-sized bed, huge bathroom area, comfy couches, and full kitchen. The shower itself could have used an upgrade, but we used the spa facilities every day, and for the price, you can't beat having your own apartment with full kitchen. The views are astonishing from the casitas of the hotel and surrounding mountains, the staff was overall very nice, the spa services were fantastic, and my friend says the golf course is his favorite in the area. If you are a couple, like privacy, and to save a bit on meals, go for a casita, and defintiely go to the Omni!

Room tip: We were casita 509 on the putting green. Highly recommended!

Just returned from a week at the Omni and can't say enough about the resort, our room and the exceptional staff. We stayed in one of the Mountain Vista rooms overlooking the golf course and it was the most comfortable, clean and spacious rooms we've enjoyed. Apparently, these are newly remodeled but everything about our stay was fabulous from the friendly greeting we received upon arrival to dinner and drinks at Legends to the spa. We travel all over the country and typically stay at competing chains because of reward points but are now considering signing up for the Omni program!!

Room tip: Mountain Vista all the way unless you 're traveling with family or group.
