Arrived for check in 10 minutes early told to come back in 30 minutes. Okay, no problem, came back in 30 minutes and room still not ready. Upgrade to suite. Get to room, TV does not in living room area and heater only blow cold air. Called maint., arrives 1.5 hours later. He says "I don't know why they keep putting people in this room?" Did receive a discount at check out. This is not the first time we had problems at a Hilton Hotel but it will certainly be the last Holiday Inn here we come

We made a spur of the moment decision to take a weekend in Tucson. We decided to play things by ear and arrived with no reservations. Thankfully they had a couple rooms left and their guy at the front desk seemed genuinly happy to have us. We liked that kind of welcome. We enjoyed our stay!

You need to ask questions because front desk really didn't offer a lot of information about restaurant, breakfast situation. The food was okay, staff seemed more interested in being behind the bar. One of the cooks did come out and make the rounds asking about the food, but our waitress seemed distracted and never came back to refill drinks.

The hotel was lovely. Very modern touches in the lobby, the pool and courtyard were serene and pretty. My room was comfortable, however, it took two days for the air conditioning to be comfortable and the cable was terrible. Most channels were fuzzy. The maintenance person stated they were working with the cable company but all 4 days I was there I had fuzzy cable and it was never as cool in the room as I would have liked. Not enough staff in the morning at Finnegans restaurant for breakfast. The 3 people working were not effective at making sure people got sat timely (oner person seated at someone else's table who then had to wait for another table). The hot food was almost completely gone and not restocked while I was there the first day. Could be useful to review staffing effectiveness. The room service for dinner was excellent (I love the beet salad). Overall a good experience but those 3 issues certainly affected the stay.

When I made my reservation about 3 months in advance, I had requested a room upstairs. However, when I went to go check in, I was given a down-stairs room. I understand that this may happen, but again why request a room almost 3 months in advance and then this happens!

Very nice staff and a nice room. The bed was comfortable, and the room had lots of nice features. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The bad trip experience was a flight cancellation forcing an unplanned overnight stay. This hotel was so nice, I wished I could stay longer. A+

Love this hotel!! It is very convenient to airport, and is a very welcoming hotel. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Everything extra I asked for, they were on top ot it!!! recommended for everyone looking for a comfortable hotel, convenient to airport, and pleasant helpful staff. great restaurant too, with free full breakfast buffet. yummy!
