The hosts couldn't be nicer. They are full of helpful information. The breakfasts were superb. The rooms were excellent, and the pool delightful. They even let us use their laundry machines. We will come back next time we are in Tucson.

Great value. Superior breakfast. Cozy bedroom. Perfect place to spend a few days. Milky Way overhead at night, since there's no light pollution. Location is good for visiting Saguaro National Park East and for spectacular drive up Mt. Lemmon. Quiet location! Horseback riding in the national park is just a tiny walk down a pathway to next door stables. All around delightful place to stay.

Room tip: All rooms are fine. Check out their website for complete info and photos.

We spent two nights at the B & B while attending meetings at the Tanque Verde Ranch (just a few miles down the road). What a find! We arrived a bit late to find lovely little notes to guide us to our room. It was so welcoming. John & Steffi were the most gracious hosts with comfortable rooms and delicious breakfasts each morning. It’s a beautiful southwestern home that I would recommend to anyone passing through the area.

This is a great B&B. We stayed in the Happy Valley room for 3 nights. John was a wonderful host and chef! Our room was quiet & spacious with a queen sized bed. Our breakfast were delicious: blueberry pancakes & turkey sausage, eggs florentine, almond french toast & ham. Every day we had fresh fruit, and yogurt & breads were available. We were able to choose if we wanted breakfast or not, and what time we wished to have breakfast. John also helped us with where to eat supper, how to get around the city and what he would recommend we visit. BEST perk...no sales tax! Imagine that!

If you plan to spend a couple of days visiting Saquaro NP then this is the perfect place. Quiet, the NP is right across the road, a roadrunner resides in the front yard and there are saguaros on the property. Nice people have run this B & B for over 20 years and they are a treasure trove of information. Nice pool too. You will love this!
