“Great Food In A Neighborhood Joint”
Reviewed April 1, 2014

Somewhat hard to find because it's not in a shopping area, but well worth the hunt. Excellent, inexpensive food and nice selection of things to take home. I had sausage and pasta and wife had a vegetarian sandwich. We will frequent this place often when we return for the winter.

“Italian Fest”
Reviewed March 25, 2014 credit card Amex Card Member Review

A couple of times a year Roma has an "Italian Fest". It runs for 2 weeks (Fri & Sat)
It is a flat price, but the food is marvelous. They have 3 courses (usually "all you care to eat") All the food is made on the premisies. They convert their usual Deli into a Dining area. Service is great and if your still hungry when you leave it's your fault

“Yum. i wish I lived here.”
Reviewed March 10, 2014 via mobile

We stopped in for sandwiches while visiting Tucson and the food was so good we were tempted to fill our car with take out (tricky when you're staying in a motel). If you live within 50 miles, get over here and check out the cases of prepared foods. Order at the counter, get your own water and silverware and grab a seat at an oilcloth covered table. 5 for the food.

“Out of the way, but worth it.”
Reviewed December 25, 2013

It's like eating at grandma's. Tucked away in the middle of an industrial park. The food is really good and prices reasonable. If you're looking for something other than Mexican, this is the place.

“Hard to find but well worth the effort”
Reviewed September 22, 2013

I've lived in Tucson for 34 years and if it weren't for my wife's great sense of direction I'd never have found this gem. It's out of the way and very unimpressive from the outside. In fact it's unimpressive from the inside but the food inside makes it worth the effort to get here. It's a combination deli/grocery/restaurant. There's a good variety of imported products on the shelves most of which are not found easily elsewhere. The deli has excellent products but is fairly limited. The restaurant part involves putting in your order at the counter and having it delivered to your table. This is not fine dining but the food is hard to beat. Everything that I've eaten there has been flavorful with a definite home made appeal. Routinely great food. To experience this at home, they offer a wide variety of frozen products including basic pastas and sauces to complete meals. Go. You won't be sorry.
