We had a swim meet for our kids in Tuscon. For the money this hotel was a great deal. My wife and daughter enjoyed the breakfast and as a family we enjoyed the happy hour. Clean rooms, nice staff, great views of the mountains.

Only downside was the suites were a little smaller than other Embassy Suites we had stayed at before.

Such a nice staff. Very helpful and accomadating. Our room was clean with beautiful views of the hotel grounds and surrounding mountains. Our trip was made all that more nice because of staying at this hotel. I would absolutely go back and stay.

We saw the great reviews on Trip Advisor and thought that the hotel would have lovely views and grounds. We were placed in Room 122. This was a first floor room and most of the natural light in the living area was blocked by the claustrophobic patio. We asked to switch but there was no room elsewhere and were told to inquire the next day. We decided that we didn't want to change rooms during our vacation which would take valuable time away from being outside. (We came from Michigan and were looking forward to the warmth - not packing and unpacking.) The hotel is very bland which is fine for business travelers but we really wanted some southwestern vibe. Even the breakfast was standard with hardly any regional touches. Also, the 'kitchen' at the hotel is really a microwave and a small fridge. We had to bring in plates and silverware from the kitchen area for the couple of meals we brought into the room. For my money I would go to a Residence Inn or to another resort with nice grounds.

Room Tip: Don't get a first floor room as the patios have high walls and are claustrophobic with no views.

As always my stay at this location was wonderful. My room was nice and quiet and the hotel staff is always very nice and pleasant. Although this location is a little bit of a drive from the office, the view and staff make it well worth the drive time.

The hotel is very nice and new. For two people, the king suite is enough room, but not for three or more. We slept well, quite rooms, there was no noise from the pool area. The hotel is tucked away, so you have to look for it your first time. The breakfast was good quality, not a big variety though. Same pastries and fruit every day, so after a few days, you are thinking somewhere else for breakfast. Evening reception the same. Overall, I think it was slightly overpriced.
