“Fantastic food, nice atmosphere. A little pricey.”

Formal dining, fantastic food, lots of courses, great dinner. We will definitely come back to try some of the other items on the menu the next time we are in Tucson.

“Attentive servers, lovely linens, graceful dining”
Reviewed October 5, 2013

Most remarkable was the excellent condition of this old inn. The gift shop had authentic Native American jewelry, baskets and pottery.

“Fabulous American/Continental food and service”
Reviewed October 2, 2013

The meal was 5 stars. Lamb chops and beef filet, with great sides. Breakfasts were also super with lots of interesting Central American seasoned egg dishes and some nice pancakes and French toast too - maple syrup! Excellent service!

“Disappointing”
Reviewed September 20, 2013

When compared to restaurants with comparable style and pricing around the US (for example Relais and Chateaux hotel restaurants) this was rather disappointing. The wine list was limited and not at all innovative (one of the upper mid-range whites was Kendall-Jackson Grand Reserve Chard--a nice wine but hardly something that reflects an effort in finding wines). The dishes were uneven. The cheese plate was unexceptional. The tuna appetizer had some creative and tasty sides (soy sauce cubes ala molecular cuisine, ginger scallion creme brulle) but the tuna itself was just okay. The same with the mains--some elements first rate, some a bit off, no real "Wows." Deserts were disappointing--the desert creme brulle was absolutely standard and okay but not great. This was not a bad meal. But we went with expectations that this would be a wonderful and innovative meal given some of the image and were disappointed at the unevenness.

“Great Dinning, Beautiful Location”
Reviewed August 29, 2013

This was our first visit to the Arizona INN for dinner. The wine selection was excellent, we had a 2009 Cab about $60.00. The soup and salad were both fresh and savory. Our main courses (Scotish Salmon and a beef dish) were both cooked to perfection and the staff responded immediately to our every jesture for assistance. We walked the gardens after dinner and that in it self made the visit worthwhile. The atmosphere was relaxed and the sound of the piano player at the adjacent bar added a wonderful touch to the overall experience. I cannot recommend this establishment enough. Try it and I am sure you will agree.
