We went to this restaurant twice - the first time, the food was average. I had pecan quesidillas and the raw onion kept me up all night. Not enough cheese, very thin, with the odd pecan. My husband had a Mexican chicken dish and the seasoning was awful, like it was out of a package. The outside patio has a nice ambience, but the food has to be good. We made a reservation and went back on the last night of our trip. The young hostesses were not pleasant, seated us next to the women's washroom and when we asked to move, put us in a very stuffy dining room. We asked to just go outside instead but there were no seats, although more than half the tables were empty. We gave up and went to eat at Lodge on the Desert's hotel dining room which was excellent. But I wouldn't bother ever going back to the Old Pueblo Grill. Perhaps they're nicer, and cater, to larger groups. But their food isn't worth the staff hassles.
