A very nice sushi restaurant in an upscale mall northeast of Tucson, which was quite near to our hotel. They have two kitchens - one does the sushi items, and the other the non-sushi (gyoza, tempura, etc). The server does warn you that, because of the two kitchens, ordered items may not arrive at the same time. We had a late lunch there, and it wasn't very busy, but service was good, as was the food.
