The food, and the pricing were excellent. However, this place is super popular and seating is not easy to find. Also, because it is so popular - it's not very easy to have conversation - especially if you have more than 3 people in your group.

We picked up a couple of sandwiches to go, for a picnic at Sabino Canyon. We were intrigued with "Bart's Bag", but a little apprehensive about the default bread selection, which warned could be hard to bite into, due to crispy crust. No problem, you can change the bread to anything you want! Fantastic! Turned out to be an incredibly delicious sandwich, which has inspired us to try and recreate it at home, we came close! But those wonderful breads are not available here in Winnipeg, at least not that we have found, a bit of a bread wasteland here.....
The rest of the menu also looked very good, while waiting for our to go order, we saw some pretty amazing things come out of the kitchen.

I ordered a sandwich special for the day (Monday) and it was a little disappointing. The baguette was way too big and thick. On the inside was some roasted peppers and field greens, and quite a lot of them, but the flavor of the entire sandwich soley depended on the chipotle cream cheese spread on the inside of the bread. When the bread is so huge and the greens overflowing out, I felt like I was mostly eating plain bread and plain dry greens.
There were lots of items on the menu. I hope this was just a wrong choice that day and the other sandwiches might be far better. The space was huge and the atmosphere seemed more like a food court in a big airport.

A great healthy filling treat for lunch with friends, a date, or having family over. Great selection and quality of breads to choose from, and never have to wait too long.

Best sandwich in Tucson. Always busy but the staff does a nice job serving the customers in this very busy location. Their bread is awesome as well as their soup. Never have I not enjoyed this place. They serve good and honest portions.
