“A Little Tucson Nostaglia”
Reviewed March 24, 2013 via mobile

We had known about Pat's since our last visit to Tucson, couldn't pass it up this time. A true step back to the old walk up and order drive inns of the 50's. The chili dogs are unique to Tucson, you can order them hot or mild. The hot ones are very flavorful, not burning hot. They are generous with the French fries, eat them while there hot. The have a small eat in area, definitely not a "white table cloth" atmosphere.

“"king" of the chili dog”
Reviewed May 28, 2012

best "chili dog" in town, plus you get a heaping basket of fries to go w\ your 'dogs.
weather you like your 'dog's "spicy" or "mild", a great "tucson treat", on the city's west side.

“Tasty! A Tucson MUST.”
Reviewed May 21, 2012

A Tucson original, you have to have a Pat's chili dog, along with their fries. Yummy. Just be prepared to wait in line; and most likely carry-out, as there isn't much seating (outside mostly) and it's usually too hot outside anyway.

Very tasty, just like back in the 70's!!! It has an old school look to it and just full of flavor kind of dirty though!

“Not as good as advertised”
Reviewed January 18, 2012

Many people recommend this drive in for their hot dogs. I don't understand why: they are just hot dogs with condiments. Outdoor seating on picnic tables on a porch along the front of the parking spots is not pleasant for eating.
