We dined here twice while staying at the Hilton El Conquistador and loved both meals. The first night was probably our favorite - I had the trout and my significant other had the short ribs. I only had a bite of his, but the trout was amazing and the quinoa and apples were perfect complements to the dish. I typically don't eat every bite, but this was too good to not finish. The second night I had the skewered shrimp with a corn salsa. The shrimp was seasoned perfectly, with just a little spiciness. We also had the crab tower appetizer and didn't leave a crumb, so this might be part of the reason I couldn't finish dinner! Despite that, we shared the cheesecake and flan for dessert, both of which were delicious!
