This is a delicious addition to Tucson's local restaurant scene. The patio has comfy chairs at big tables and the interior is pretty enough for a date night.
The name "Tapas Fusion" may not fully explain the Peruvian-based menu which has more salads, sandwiches, and appetizers than tiny traditional tapas. But the Peruvian flavors and ingredients are as good or better than their Spanish counterparts.
We loved the fish cevice made with fresh tilapia, served with a small sweet potato and piece of white corn.
The Ochoa was also delicious-- grilled shrimp atop cold potato slices with a peanut sauce.
We loved our lunch and will be back to try dinner. The roast chicken looked great and the wine list small but reasonable.
