Who'd have thought an airport could have decent sushi? I was surprised. Limited menu, but fresh and averagely tasty.

“Customer Service is Terrible”
Reviewed January 17, 2014

it's nice to have options at airports for sure but not when the experience is terrible. Seems like the staff at the asian bistro hate their job, and don't enjoy their work as it reflects in their service and how you are treated when you order.

“I willl give 4 stars because it is in a small airport”
Reviewed October 27, 2012

Airport will be the last place on earth you look for fine dining. As in a small airport of USA, (even LAX has limited option), you can either have hot meal at "sky asian bistro" or else, .... your other options are cold sandwiches from newspaper shop or Starbucks coffee stand or an ordinary cheese burger place. So, naturally, after testing other unattractive options, I choose this place this time and surprisingly, I'm not disappointed.
1) First of all, price is reasonable and you can have different kinds of noodles (Japanese, Chinese, Dan Dan noodle and even Singapore street style noodle available) with either meat or seafood. Most of them under $10 they are ideal for casual lunch (compared to aged old, cold sandwiches and if you buy a water bottle, your $10 is gone!)
2) If you have more time, you may try various appetizers, more restaurant style entree, full menu with appetizer, soup (either Chinese (wanton) or Japanese (miso)) and salad are also available. Unfortunately, I tried western style salad with salad dressing. I feel good that I ate vegetable that day but I did not know that it will come out westernized instead of using more oriental style dressing. On the other hand, you can have your salad with chicken if you do not like Asian food at all but prefers to sit in a nice table and eat.
3) It tastes quite okay (of course, there are better Chinese food everywhere, except in an airport).

In summary, I recommend this place if you need to have your lunch at Tucson airport. This is an election time in US and so "you may not love this place but believe me, his opponent is worse!"
