We have checked out a number of fine-dining steak houses in the Tucson area and thought we would give Sullivan's a try. Had an adult beverage at the bar prior to being seated and enjoyed speaking with the personable bartender. We were seated in a lovely booth overlooking the entire restaurant including the kitchen area which made for great people watching. Our waiter make suggestions and answered our questions. Unfortunately my filet medallions which were ordered medium rare arrived well done. Not one to usually complain I did send it back. Upon return of my entree by the Executive Chef with many an apology it was NOW broiled to perfection. The rest of the meal was lovely and was a good value. The only complaint was the background music was rock music which took from the ambiance of this fine establishment (perhaps some softer or jazz should be in order).
