“What a find!”
Reviewed May 2, 2013

Fantastic, daily changing menu. Broad selection options all sounded outstanding. There is a "chef's choice" option that allows diners to experience tastes of three of the menu options. We had a large party and everybody got different items. Rave reviews from everybody. Can't wait to go back

“Unique Mexican Fare”
Reviewed April 25, 2013

If you want a pleasant surprise try this place out. It is owned and operated by Suzana Davila. Her food will amaze your taste buds and the plates are huge. You will need a doggy bag for sure. It is located in downtown Tucson and is a local favorite

“Best Mexican Food I've Ever Had”
Reviewed April 22, 2013

My husband and I had lunch here while we were visiting Tucson. The food was outstanding. The menu changes daily and we both had the chef's sampler- which the chef chooses three different dishes off of the menu for you to taste. The food was fresh and excellent. The service was great as well. If we return to Tucson, this restaurant will be a must.

“Eclectic atomosphere, innovative presentation”
Reviewed April 22, 2013 via mobile

We ordered the mystery meal - a combination of three of the chefs daily specials. The food was outstanding and we enjoyed trying each other's meal because they were different even though we both ordered the same thing! We will definitely go back. The house margarita was also outstanding and the wine list had many interesting choices.

“Don't pass this up!”
Reviewed April 20, 2013

After an afternoon at the theater, my friend and I decided we would have dinner in Tucson before heading back north. We had two restaurants on our short list, and when we found ourselves stuck in afternoon traffic, we opted for Cafe Poca Cosa as it was on the street we were on. Jackpot!!!! I thought we might be a little early for dinner, but there were already several diners. We started with chips and salsa....yum! The salsa was so flavorful without any real heat! Delicious! After listening to the server describe the 7 entrees from the chalkboard (which is created twice a day!), we both chose the fish with steamed vegetables in a wine sauce. OMG!!! To die for! Fortunately, we saved room for dessert which was the perfect ending to a wonderful meal! Not inexpensive, but a super dining experience!!!
