We expected this place to be a bit loud as it's only a block from the University of Arizona and it was a Saturday night. But we didn't expect it to take over an hour for our order (three rolls) to arrive when we were seated at the relatively early hour of 7pm. By 8pm the place was packed and we felt a bit sorry for the lone server whose entreaties to the sushi chefs in the open kitchen to get the orders out seemed to fall on deaf ears. Our food did finally arrive without one of the items we ordered. By that time we were deaf from the din and hoarse from shouting across the table to be heard. Wouldn't recommend Fuku Sushi as a dining experience to anyone over the age of 25.
