“Goofy fun.”
Reviewed January 27, 2014

The Gaslight usually presents campy, silly plays that are mostly family-safe, so don't expect cutting-edge theatre. Just relax, boo the villains, cheer the heroes and enjoy having snacks brought to your table in the theatre, I didn't expect much, but I laughed hard, groaned at the horrible puns and left with a smile on my face.

“Corny (of course) but lots of Fun and Good Food”
Reviewed January 20, 2014

This melodrama dinner theater was fun to visit. Very good musicians added to the show before, during, and after. Excellent service-- Good Pizza and fairly reasonable prices. Great fun.

“Laugh-In Live on Stage”
Reviewed January 10, 2014

Before visiting friends in Tucson, I had made a list of attractions I'd like to see. Gaslight Theater was in the top 3. Surprise -- my friends had season tickets and had planned to surprise me with going to one of the shows! The show was great!!! Old-time western -- cheering for the good guy; booing the bad guy. Tongue in check comments by the actors reminded me of Laugh-In. After the play, there was "Olio" -- basically impersonations and famous singers, continuing the same humor! Added treat -- the pizza was terrific! One of the best I've had anywhere, including Chicago and Jersey. Super service -- you don't even notice that your basket of popcorn and water glass have been refilled while you were enjoying the show. Thoroughly enjoyable experience! Call for reservations as shows sell out fast!
