In just an hour we took the tram 3+ miles up the canyon our guide was knowledgable and pleasant to listen to. we choose not to walk as we had an extensive workout prior. It was a nice snapshot of this beautiful desert

Took the canyon tram tour. Very interesting and wonderful views on the way up. If you are adventurous and have the time plan on getting off the tram and hiking down to the creek where you can swim and sun. Visitors center not too interesting.

I wish the tram started before 9 a.m., as it does get hot, even in March, up in the hills. Favorite hike is about 9 miles round trip from the last tram stop, up to Hutch's Pool. What a reward for the effort! Beautiful falling water and rocky ledges to sit on and relax. Also 7 falls, especially returning at sunset (if you park yourself on Bear Canyon road).

Nice tramride. Good for people who can't hike very far, great for people who can- just hop off and take one of the many trails in the canyon. Trails at the lower end could be marked better though, we got lost trying to find the dam.
