WE come here every time we are in Tucson. The food is consistently good, the wait staff is attentive. Try it, you'll like it.

We had a Groupon for brunch. My husband had the Abbey Breakfast and I had the omelet. Both were excellent. Our Groupon offered a side. We both chose the fruit which was very fresh. My omelet was filled with broccollini, pancetta and cheese. It came with potatoes which were very flavorful. Portions were just right. I went away filled, but not stuffed. Coffee was good, but we waited for awhile in between cups being filled. Had a beautiful view of the mountains. Although it was a bit cool the day of our visit, they do have windows which can be rolled up to bring the outside in. We will definitely come back and next time try dinner. They do take reservations, which is a plus. On Tuesday, bottles of wine are half price.

All the staff are so pleasant. The food was really good (and they understood gluten free, which I appreciate). If you go for Happy Hour, go early because the bar seemed to fill up quickly.

Love the big doors that can be open on a nice day.

We went there for the Sunday Brunch. It was my worst meal experience ever! we ordered Club soda and after waiting for 20 minutes, they brought regular water. We waited 50 minutes for our food, which was not ok but not worth the price and certainly not the wait! . The place was average. I wouldn't go back. they did compensate our drinks because of the long wait ....

Had very high expectations after reading reviews, and although the menu was very interesting, the food was average. Each item tasted fine (neither bad or yummy - just "this is fine"). They use a lot of oil in their marinating and preparation, and this was true for the brussels & bacon, heirloom tomato salad and The Board. Prices are on the high side for what you get (even compared to higher priced restaurants), but The Board was especially overpriced and, some items seemed as if they weren't kitchen prepared, rather from a can or jar. The Board included a few pieces of cheese, some crisp bread, olives, marinated carrots & onion, some nuts). If you come during happy hour many of the regular menu items are offered at reduced prices. Atmosphere is great. Good Ventana location. Will definitely try again, but will order different items to see if other food has the "wow" that so many other diners have reviewed about.
