It is well done and you will need more time than you think. There is just too much to see in a very well maintained private not for profit museum. The guided tours are worth taking but you need more time to savor all the detail on your own

This museum was highly recommended by our host at a bed and breakfast. We had a rare rainy day in Tucson, and we stopped by. we were very pleasantly surprised to find such an enjoyable, well-run museum. Both children and adults should enjoy visiting this delightful place.

This was an afterthought as we had a 2 for 1 coupon and some time. Some friends recommended it with the preamble of "we're not into doll houses but this was incredible". We were totally surprised and amazed. I had no idea that miniatures were such a highly skilled and popular hobby. There is a lot of history here. It is a delightful place for adults and especially magical for children. We went on the free docent led tour which pointed out highlights and then wandered on our own. I recommend bringing a small strong flashlight to check out the details or you can borrow one from the front desk with photo id. We thought the entry fee was reasonable and they have a seniors' rate.

I loved everything about this museum. My favorite is walking on the glass floor and seeing the village under neath.

A very large collection of miniatures and doll houses. I didn't expect it to be interesting but knew wife and sister would love it. I found the historical miniatures quite interesting. A great place on a summer day in Tucson.
