We love visiting Arizona but after a few days of excellent American food we crave something a little lighter. This fitted the bill perfectly with an extensive and easy to understand menu. We know our sushi/sashimi and the quality was great - you can see the chefs making it. Very helpful waiting staff, we had a lovely evening.

Visiting from Chicago, a city know for its food...we have had experienced some amazing Japanese cuisine. Our annual trip to Tucson is not complete without a trip to Ginza! Yes....it's close to where we stay but it never disappoints ! Their Facebook roll....highlighted on the social network page is always interesting and delicious. Go out of your comfort zone and try something new. And the non sushi items pack a punch. Don't miss them. Best sunomono we have had although Tempura was just ordinary. Service is always friendly and helpful. Thanks Donna. Order for the table and enjoy!!

My wife and I are, unapologetically, sushi snobs. The sashimi was cut perfectly with excellent sauces, or not, for each type of fish. The halibut belly with lemon and salt is fantastic. We ordered "omakase", which is chef's choice, and each course built on the one prior. The sake and shoju selections are the best in Tucson and rival those in San Francisco.

We like sushi... and we're picky. Ginza Sushi, right around the corner from our home, is a real find. Whenever we get a hankering for sushi, which is regularly, we head over here. First, the inside is quiet and cool (something that's helpful on a hot day). Second, the sushi rolls are well prepared and their special rolls are always interesting and tasty. Go for a hike, work up an appetite and then go here. Order a Japanese beer and a few of their rolls and it makes your day.
