Nice place to spend 2-3 hours. Decorated for the holidays. Very logically organized and clean property. The animals look very content. I especially like the Elephant exhibit, which is very large and designed more for the Elephants than the public. The property includes a typical zoo food court, but I found the food selections to be better and more diverse than most other zoos. The gift shop is also very typical, but I did find a special "King" t-shirt I had to buy!!!!

Reid Park provides reciprocal discounts for many zoos (including my home Memphis Zoo). There is ample free parking.

This is not a must see in Tucson but it is a nice place to spend two or three hours wandering around looking at the animals. Well laid out and free parking.

Wasn't a big zoo but they did have a lot of animals and the grounds were kept up nicely. The animal exhibits were well kept, clean and the animals looked like they were well taken care of. Price was on $8 I believe so was a great way to spend a few hours and not break the bank.

We love going to the Reid park zoo. It has a pretty good variety of animals and it is easy to navigate. Feeding the giraffes is always a highlight for my 2 year old. The zoo is pretty busy with activities all year long especially if you are a member. We especially love the ice cream social in late summer. The cafe is pretty expensive but the food is generally good.
