Always quiet and peaceful, and the shops have interesting gifts to pick up for yourself or others. Somehow the plants look much more appealing in the settings offered here.

4 of us attended luminaria nights on Friday night. First, only
handicapped can park so we had to turn around and so did everyone else ex handicapped. It had rained during the day and when I called early in the day and asked if it were cancelled was told to call back at 4:30 (too late for a 5:30 event). I did call at 4, no one answered and when told to call the gift shop if no one answers, no one answered there EITHER.

This is a beautiful garden and hundreds of luminaries are lit to light your path but still was a bit dark esp with someone in our party who had breathing and walking difficulties.

There were some musicians playing, some good, some bad; some kids only the parents or grandparents would love- (sorry kids).

It was so overcrowded and such a mob scene I wouldn't really recommend it. I would like to come back during a nice day
and see all the various gardens

My teen girl is really into native sustainability and wild edible plants in the Sonoran desert so we went for a class and got to tour the place afterwards... not only are all the native plants amazing but there were hummingbirds, butterflies and all kinds of little birds. It was like a little bit of eden, so peaceful and beautiful and hidden away right in the middle of it all.

I enjoyed the small, tranquil feeling of this botanical. Loved all the orchids!
