No enough parking you really should consider assigned parking. The mattress are extremely hard (need to upgrade) and the restaurant by the pool was not staffed properly, we waited over an hour to be seated and staff was not seating people in the right order we got skipped at least twice.

It had been a few years since we had stayed at the resort, and we took advantage of one of their many early-summer packages for a couple of nights. Of course, it was a basic room, but it had been thoroughly updated and was close to the main building.

All was well until the AC wasn't. Rather than immediately move us, there was over an hour delay until a reception staffer took charge, upgrading us and issuing a credit. Ultimately, it was only a minor inconvenience that could have been handled more professionally for a 'Grand Resort.' Sunday breakfast buffet was unremarkable, with usual fare but with no carving stations or any effort to differentiate it from any other day.

Room Tip: This is a sprawling property, so if you in one of the signature view casitas down the road and want...

The rooms are beautiful. Be sure to get s top floor room as the soundproofing is terrible if you are down below. I like how there are separate units versus one large building. But exterior painting and staining is long overdue!! Nice to have separate pools, but those need updating as well. Nice staff. Nice spa. Do some exterior updating/refreshing!!
