The Adobe Rose is a charming Bed and Breakfast that provides a quiet "home away from home". We have enjoyed ourselves each time we stayed there while visiting our daughter at the U of A. The rooms are comfy and quiet, the hosts are gracious and helpful, and the breakfasts are delicious and beautifully presented. At their breakfast table we have met interesting people from around the world. The pool and patio provide lovely peaceful evenings under the stars. Owners Jim and Marion have helped us with every detail on our trips to Tucson. They even invited our daughter to stop by for breakfast if she gets homesick; it doesn't get any better than that!

Hi Alice: Thank you so much for your kind words. It is always a pleasure to have you and your family at the Inn and we look forward to your return in August. Please remind your daughter that the pool is always open and breakfast is always available for her. All it takes is a phone call. Have a delightful summer!

We've been staying here over the past 4 years while visiting the University. The rooms, all in the adobe house, are relaxing and decorated in a southwest theme. Breakfast is healthy and delicious. Jim and Marion the hosts will do anything to make your stay comfortable. The Adobe Rose is a good base to walk around the historic Sam Hughes neighborhood or walk to campus. We highly recommend the Adobe Rose.

It was good to see you and your family again in June. I couldn't agree more with your comments about the location of the Adobe Rose. We're close to campus and the neighborhood is eclectic, fun and safe to explore.

I had the chance to stay at the Adobe Rose Inn for one night in April, 2013. What a great experience! Marion and Jim are such amazing hosts. The Adobe Rose Inn has a very convenient location and offers you a "local" feel to discover Tucson and Southern Arizona. Love the decoration, the patio, the rooms and the kindness of the hosts. Marion cooks a different breakfast every morning, and custom it depending on your food preferences and allergies. When I was there they were celebrating the 10th birthday of their move in Tucson, and they even invited me to join the party!
I would recommend Adobe Rose Inn to anyone who wants to find a "home away from home" while in Tucson.

Thank you so much for your kind words. We've enjoyed being innkeepers for 10 years because of guests like you, and our guests come from all over the world. We firmly believe that good food is one of the keys to comfort and gladly design irresistible breakfasts for everyone, including those with dietary restrictions and allergies.

We were at the Adobe Rose Inn to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Inn as owned by Jim and Marion. The Atanacia room was great. Comfortable bed, nice furnishings. Breakfasts are a treat that I eagerly anticipate. This year, they even ordered the nicest, warmest April weather. It was a great vacation get away. The garden and pool areas were very nice, tastefully decorated.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Atanacia room this time.

Hard to believe that we have been innkeepers for 10 years. It is a profession that we sincerely enjoy. It is always a pleasure to greet return guests such as yourselves and we look forward to your next visit. I promise a new breakfast treat created with your specific tastes in mind.

May 4th was my wedding night and the Adobe Rose Inn made it special. I've stayed at the Inn twice before so my expectations were high and the Inn didn't disappoint. We stayed in the Sam Hughes room which is my favorite out of the three rooms I have stayed in. The accomodations were wonderful from the sunken tub covered by stain glass window to the unique southwestern fireplace. They even took a special request for breakfast for the newlyweds - the beige breakfast. Steel cut oatmeal wtih homemade banana ice cream along with one of their famous scones. It was a relaxing stay after the chaos of a wedding. Thank you Adobe Rose Inn for a memorable wedding night!!

Room Tip: Do not skip the breakfast - you will get wonderful conversation and sensational food.

Still suffering jet-lag after a long flight across the Pacific, Adobe Rose was the perfect soft landing to relax and restore mind and body, and to begin our holiday in Arizona. Jim and Marion set the bar high and were wonderful hosts who made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Everything about Adobe Rose was great - the room, the ambience, the useful information provided and general help and advice, and of course the fabulous and healthy breakfasts. Those scones were a treat!! We met some wonderful people who were also staying there. If we return to Tucson, this is definitely where we would stay.

Jim and I have made that trip from Australia to Tucson and we knew exactly how you would feel when you arrived at the Inn - tired and suffering from jet lag! We are glad that the Inn helped you relax and restore so that you could enjoy the rest of your vacation.

The Adobe Rose is a hidden gem within walking distance of the University of Arizona. The pleasant outside seating areas, pool and tastefully decorated rooms with a southwest flair all combine for a relaxing desert oasis. Add to that the delicious breakfasts , stimulating conversations and Jim & Marion the charming innkeepers and you can't go wrong staying here.

Hi Maureen. It was a delight to have you stay with us again. It's fun when a "house hunter" like you gets to stay in a real southwestern home like ours. It helps you to feel the authentic community here in Tucson.
