I wish the people with negative reviews would actually read the web site details.
We were privileged to be able to visit Old Tucson film set on the last weekend they were open this year (24 May, 2014). The web site clearly states that this is a working film set and that it is open for specific periods!
A wonderful experience. We arrived at 12:00 and stayed until they closed.
Following the experience, we will be watching the Westerns again.

Took granddaughter and great granddaughter. Little one had to have horse ride. They are experienced with the horses and people of all ages! Train was a HOOT, shoot out had you on the edge of your seat, stage coach ride, haunted mine tour, shooting gallery, pickles and pop corn! Cars was the hit of the day! Almost taught a 6 yr old how to drive!

My first impression of Old Tucson was that I had just stepped back in time--the old saloons, the clydsdale horses pulling the stagecoach, the horses we could ride, the old shootouts they played, the old old tomstones to see! The ok corral--just the time warp of yesterday! I highly recommend going if you to want to step back in time! i cant wait to go again and be a part of the past once again!

Amazing things from movies of long ago. Clothing from shows like Bananza and Little House on display. Want to take a walk in John Wayne's foot steps, this is the place. Fun stage coach too!

Area is closed during the week. So you can't use a stay in Tucson for visiting it, when youÄre there during the week.
