We were in town for graduation, and our family picked this hotel. I generally like an historic hotel. The lobby is nice, but the carpets in some of the halls needs replacing. The carpet in our room was also in need of replacement, husband used the word 'disgusting'. Our room had a dingy feel. We kept our flip flops on. The bathroom was small but felt nice, and clean. Lastly, we ordered breakfast for early delivery since we had the gradduation ceremony to get to. When it didn't arrive, we called and were advise there had been a problem in the kitchen, and our breakfast was delayed 45 minutes. Unfortunately, that did not leave time to have breakfast...so we requested they send up a bagel so we could eat something before our departure.
