“Love It!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 21, 2013

This place is so simple and basic, I love it, you don't need all those frills and fancy smancy stuff all the time especially when those things come with high prices. It kind of has a diner feel to it with a fun train that goes around with mainly booths and there is a separate room with a bar in it apart from the main dining room so it's a good place to take families. Most of the tables are larger so it's easy to go in with a group of 6 people.

I went on a Monday night and it was half full but I imagine it can get pretty packed. The menu is simple and delicious, food is affordable with very reasonable prices. I had eggplant Parmesan which is made wonderfully! They pan fry it instead of deep frying it so it's not the typical rubbery stuff you would get at another place. The customer service was wonderful, the server brought me a sample of the eggplant parm when I ordered it to make sure that I did in fact like it.

Such a yummy, simple place with wonderful customer service. Cannot wait to go back again!

“Diner”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 2, 2013 via mobile

If you want a good family diner to go to this is it. Good food and good prices. Not spectacular and the atmosphere is pretty plain... But by design so you get exactly what you would expect.

“go to the hill, get great food, cheap”

Angelo's has been there forever. They had to enlarge the place due to the demand.Limited parking but you will find something. Huge menu with great food served by good servers who know how to take care of you and can answer any questions in regard to anything including food. A great place for the family to eat. Old style, clean, fast service, good portions and a huge menu along with specials. A must place to go to if you have a family with kids so you do not have to leave your arm there as colateral.
Very good food. Very Italian.

“Always great”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 31, 2013

We've eaten at Angelo's regularly for 30+ years. The food reminds my husband of the food of his youth (Italian Mom and Grand Mom.) He often orders the veal and peppers and we both love to veal and chicken parm. I do miss the days when we ordered wine and the waitstaff hollered "two wine" across the room and it came in something like a jelly glass...ah the good old days. Also most of the tables were long rectangular things and you always sat side by side with strangers. Best of all, they have the best prices on The Hill!

We had a large party with several children. The staff accommodated our party so we could all sit together. Very reasonable for families, food was very good and so was service. HIghly recommend to families!
