“Terrible customer service”
Reviewed November 9, 2012

There was no sound in our section, when we asked for assistance they told us it was artistic impression of the sound guys. They would not refund or apologize, they would not even investigate to see if the speaker was out. $60/ticket for Cats, and no sound, no refund, no apology. Very sad indead.

“Always great for a show - easy to access, clean, friendly patrons & staff - See a show!”
Reviewed November 6, 2012

Have visited many times for a variety of shows, concerts, and events. This theatre is family friendly, easy to access with lots of parking around ranging from a high of $20 close to venue, but a short (and safe) walk can save you lots & park for as little as $5 or $10 depending on how many other events are in town. It is beautifully decorated and clean. The patrons are always family friendly & polite. I would highly recommend seeing a show here - great experience every time. Saves money over driving into Boston to see the same shows. We love the PPAC!

“Excellent Evening!”
Reviewed November 5, 2012

As we approached the front of the building we could see they were making snow and Santa was greeting people as they arrive. The lobby was nicely decorated with wreath’s and nutcracker figurines. The lobby and auditorium are both quite beautiful! Every staff person we encountered was cheerful and polite. It’s very apparent this is very well managed and maintained facility! We saw ELF and thoroughly enjoyed it. A true gem built in 1928 and still proudly gracing downtown Providence!

“Beautiful theater..”
Reviewed November 5, 2012

I come from NY and went to Broadway often. PPAC is a beautiful theater, comfy seats and a bargain compared to NY... I have gone to so many shows here. The productions are great, I love it here.

“Season Ticket holder”
Reviewed November 5, 2012

Love the Broadway shows, but wish they would keep their yearly shows to 6 and give us the option if we want the 7th.
