Could use some more stores in it but still nice can get what I need. Bathrooms weren't as bad as some places in there.

Good: I went to The Providence Place Mall in Providence RI, over winter vacation with my friend to Victoria's Secret, to look for spring/summer attire because they had a sale. I was very pleased with one lady who asked me if I needed help and assisted me with all i needed. Walking in to Victoria's Secret i knew that the pricing was going to be higher, so i looked for things I mostly needed, The layout and atmosphere was very nice as always,

Bad: There were some service clerks there that were not very impressive and came off cold and did not seemed like they cared about whats best for your interest at all. They made it an uncomfortable environment, And for a customer who is giving a company business you should be welcoming and inviting and smiling.I would suggest for the mood in the room to be different and be make the guest feel as if they were welcomed and to make them feel comfortable and positive in there purchases.

I live in Rhode Island and my spot to go to shopping is definitely at Providence Place Mall.

Providence Place is conveniently right off of exit 22. It's connected to the Omni and the Omni is connected to the Convention center so for people visiting Rhode Island for a convention should stay at the Omni for its convenience. Providence Place, being connected to a hotel, is a great location benefit as well.

It has 3 floors and mostly stores for clothing. There aren't really any tech stores except things like apple or Verizon.

The mall also has a theater and even has IMAX. Right across from the theater is Dave and Busters! Right between the two is conveniently the food court. It's a great hang out spot for even my friends and I when we want to escape the cold.
