My family was more than surprised at our amazing stay at Fall River Village! The units were so new, clean, comfortable and spacious! The location next to the running water was so peaceful and the hot tub and pool were a hit. We are looking forward to visiting again soon...tyou
Amazing Stay! The condos are beautifully finished in luxury rustic style and laid out perfectly for our large group to all sleep comfortably and have private baths. The Tempurpedic mattress on the pull out couch in front of the fireplace made it the best place to sleep in the house! The kitchen was spacious, well stocked and fun to cook in. The fire pit outside next to the walking trail by the river was an unexpected special outdoor space to enjoy in addition to the awesome pool and hot tub. This place is really exceptional - I will never stay in any other location when visiting Estes Park!
Location is key and these units sit at the top of town - within walking distance. Condo was like brand new and absolutely charming. Immaculately clean. Had all the supplies you'll need. Cute little patio in back with furniture. So great that some of the units allow for dogs. Weather was wet and cold so we didn't use the pool or jacuzzi. Late check-in required use of a lock box on your door which we hadn't received e-mail or text in time to get code, so a little phone call to management to get in, but otherwise no issues whatsoever. Price is quite reasonable also.
The unit we stayed in was amazing. Great balcony view over the river and a wonderful short walk to town. Also the entrance to RMNP was only a few minute drive away. The unit had everything we needed and was a newer construction that really made it nice. We also enjoyed the view of the wildlife in the area as well as cooking on the outside grill and sitting by the nice warm fire pit in the comfy wooden chairs under the aspen trees. it was a great getaway vacation. I would highly recommend it.
Husband and I brought our dog to Estes for 3 nights and stayed in an end condo, which was very close to the walkway to downtown Estes Park, 5-10 minute walk. The condo's are newer, with everything you need including a fireplace. We liked that our condo did not have anyone above or below (#160). We had to pay a little extra for the dog fee but not bad. There were lots of areas to walk around the property and close to everything including our favorite pizza place, Antonio's right across the street. Our condo had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, though we only needed one. We only had a queen bed (some units have king beds) which we are used to king but it was fine for a few nights. Very friendly gentlemen checked us in and made great recommendations for restaurants, things to do and park entrance. Would definitely come back here to stay.
My son and I recently visited in October and stayed in a 2 BR. The condo was perfect for our needs. Started each morning with a cup of coffee from the condo coffee maker (appreciated that a filter was provided) and enjoyed it overlooking the mountains and river below from the wonderful porch. We walked into town each night for dinner..a perfect distance.....a quiet location, but then just a short walk into town. Beds were very comfortable. We were glad to have a washer/dryer to wash our hiking clothes. We will definitely stay here again..Highly recommend!
We had such a wonderful stay at Fall River Village! It was a perfect arrangement for my husband, myself, and our toddler. It was so convenient to walking to the Estes Park shops and restaurants. Our unit was comfortable and clean, and the staff was really responsive and helpful, and we will definitely be back again.
