Husband and I brought our dog to Estes for 3 nights and stayed in an end condo, which was very close to the walkway to downtown Estes Park, 5-10 minute walk. The condo's are newer, with everything you need including a fireplace. We liked that our condo did not have anyone above or below (#160). We had to pay a little extra for the dog fee but not bad. There were lots of areas to walk around the property and close to everything including our favorite pizza place, Antonio's right across the street. Our condo had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, though we only needed one. We only had a queen bed (some units have king beds) which we are used to king but it was fine for a few nights. Very friendly gentlemen checked us in and made great recommendations for restaurants, things to do and park entrance. Would definitely come back here to stay.
My son and I recently visited in October and stayed in a 2 BR. The condo was perfect for our needs. Started each morning with a cup of coffee from the condo coffee maker (appreciated that a filter was provided) and enjoyed it overlooking the mountains and river below from the wonderful porch. We walked into town each night for dinner..a perfect distance.....a quiet location, but then just a short walk into town. Beds were very comfortable. We were glad to have a washer/dryer to wash our hiking clothes. We will definitely stay here again..Highly recommend!
We had such a wonderful stay at Fall River Village! It was a perfect arrangement for my husband, myself, and our toddler. It was so convenient to walking to the Estes Park shops and restaurants. Our unit was comfortable and clean, and the staff was really responsive and helpful, and we will definitely be back again.
We enjoyed this beautiful, well kept property and the amazing views from our deck! Management was very accommodating. We will stay there again for a fun summer or fall getaway.
The condos here are outstanding! Brand new accommodations with great views. Centrally located to downtown Estes Park. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Great place to stay!
We had a very relaxing weekend at the Fall River Village in one of the new town homes. It easily would have slept 8 comfortably, but there were only 6 of us and it was extremely comfortable. The decor is "Mountain Luxury". Leather sofas, a full kitchen, granite counter tops, comfortable beds and exquisite views of the mountains! We walked into town in less than 10 minutes. We will definitely go back again and agian. I forget how easy it is to get to Estes from Denver and yet you arrive and it feels like a million miles away from the big city.
Updated, quiet and a ten minute stroll from downtown. Only gripes (minor) would be to beef up the wifi (couldn't get a strong enough signal on any device), add fans to each bedroom (no A/C and it doesn't cool down until well after 9p), and add lights in the pool for safety. Great vacation!
