Lovely place

5.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed Oct 10, 2019
We so enjoyed our two-night stay at the 4 Seasons Inn on Fall River. The location is great, with easy access to the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, as well as the town of Estes Park. Our bed was comfortable, and we were pleased to know that there were both a small fridge and a microwave in the room, so we were able to bring a few food items from home. The room was spotlessly clean, and although Toni offered to provide housekeeping service, we were happy not to be bothered with it. Toni was so friendly and accommodating. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

The Inn on Fall River, on the banks of a sparkling mountain stream, is built on land that was once within the original boundary of Rocky Mountain National Park, and retains some of the same magnificent natural surroundings ... the charm of a crystal clear stream, giant pine and spruce, some 300 years old, mountain views wherever you look... Halfway between the village of Estes Park and the Fall River entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park, a perfect setting for a memorable vacation.

We spent 2 nights here in a 2 queen room. The room space was nice and the location between Rocky Mtn NP and downtown Estes Park was convenient. The rooms are not right on Fall River but the property has a nice outdoor area to enjoy it. The beds were comfortable, although squeaky. The bathroom door and floor(ceiling) above us were also squeaky. We were most disappointed to find we had no housekeeping service during our stay. Wish we had known that in advance.

Hello! Thank you so much for taking the time to review our property. I am sorry that you felt disappointed during your stay here, but we do offer housekeeping service to all of our guests upon request. Our housekeeping service procedure was explained to you upon arrival and was also written out on your signed check-in registration sheet. In addition to our registration sheets, our housekeeping service is also explained in all room directories. We are here to help with anything a guest may need! We do appreciate your business and we hope you consider us again when you come back to Estes Park!

I could not have asked for a better place to stay. Toni was so nice and extremely helpful, the location is perfect, the views are amazing, and the room was clean and comfy. I couldn't have asked for more. If you're looking for a clean, private, quiet, comfortable place to stay, Toni and Blake have you covered. In addition, just a weird little quirk of mine, I LOVED having good blinds to block out the sunlight in the mornings.

Room tip: Second floor room would be better for anyone bothered by people walking around above them

First, let me start by saying that I NEVER write reviews- I always mean to but usually forget. But this place is absolutely amazing and deserves the awesome review 100%! My Husband and I stayed in Room 7- a studio queen room with a kitchenette and loved the entire stay!
First, Toni and Blake are the nicest people! They were so helpful and kind the entire stay! They provided free drinks upon arrival and they even left us a card and chocolate in our room since it was our Honeymoon!
The location is incredible. It was so relaxing to be so close to the river. We loved being able to sit and relax in the chairs in the afternoons. We also loved seeing the turkeys roaming the lawn everyday. It's really a sweet spot for a location- not too far from Rocky Mountain National Park, but also not too far from town if you're wanting to grab dinner.
The public hot tub on the deck was amazing to use at night.
The bed was super comfortable- the kitchenette was great. The room also came with a fireplace- we never got around to using it but I'm sure it would be amazing to use on those chilly fall nights!
Overall, if you're looking for a great place to stay in Estes, check this place out. We absolutely loved it and will be back!

Toni's place is awesome, cozy, convenient and clean. Did 3 nights on long weekend and was close to two different entrances to park and less than 2 miles to downtown could easily walk if wanted but after hiking we opted to drive. Highly recommend and if we come back to RMNP this will be the place we stay.

We stayed one night, but it was a great place to stay. We were wanting to hike around the area and Blake is familiar with most if not all the hiking trails and gave us great advice on where to park and advice about some of the trails. In the morning, we were packing the car and Toni came by to ask how everything was (great). We told her our travel plans and she suggested another part of Estes Park to hike that was along the way. It was an entirely different environment and we had a great time. Thank you Blake and Toni for the short but wonderful stay and your helpful hints.
