A Place to Call Home

We prefer to always stay at 4 Seasons because of the friendly, courteous atmosphere of the location. The owners provided us with courtesy beverages and a start of fire wood for the fireplace. The hot tub was ready to go although we did not use it this time. We have in the past and it was very convenient as our room had a private tub. The policy of no young children, no pets, and no smoking makes the stay much easier to take. We raised kids and pets and we're good as an older couple to just enjoy the stay. The Inn is located close to everything we enjoy in the Estes Park area. Keep up the clean, well kept, great presentation!

The Inn on Fall River, on the banks of a sparkling mountain stream, is built on land that was once within the original boundary of Rocky Mountain National Park, and retains some of the same magnificent natural surroundings ... the charm of a crystal clear stream, giant pine and spruce, some 300 years old, mountain views wherever you look... Halfway between the village of Estes Park and the Fall River entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park, a perfect setting for a memorable vacation.

Small 6 room hotel nestled between larger properties. Plenty of green space to lounge by the river, have a fire, play small lawn games, and relax. Friendly manager, well maintained and appointed room, nice hot tub. As we checked in we were offered a complementary beverage (water, soda, wine, or beer). I took the wine and was served a nice red in a glass - yummy - and a fabulous way to start off the stay.

What a great stay! My husband and I were here for 5 nights, and all of them were wonderful. The owners were out when we checked in, but our key/room was ready and waiting for us! Our room was so cozy, with a fire place, and door that led to a small porch overlooking the stream outside. The hot tub- let me tell you, was worth every penny!! Sitting in it, listening to the water was glorious. We had it to ourselves until the very last day. Mark was super nice, and helpful. I am a nursing mother, and the owners used their own personal freezer to put my milk in, which was extremely kind of them! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Estes.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at the 4 Seasons Inn. We arrived later than the office was open, but had been provided with instructions for a very easy check in process since we called ahead to tell the owner. Everything we needed was provided, including soaps & linens, as well as extra towels to use the hot tub, if desired. The fireplace also added a nice ambiance to the room, even though we didn't have it on for long since it made the room nice & cozy very quickly! We woke up to wild turkeys surrounding both the front and back porches multiple mornings, which was a great surprise. I loved the coffee post with cream/sugar available and the beautiful coffee mugs to re-use during our stay. We really love staying at family owned properties, and it was great to be welcomed by the owner. We are already wanting to plan our next trip and will be sure to book 4 Seasons Inn again in the future!

Room tip: Upstairs room was quieter, but be prepared to walk up one flight of stairs!

We stayed in March for two nights after a snowstorm to go snowshoeing in RMNP. Perfect quiet spot along a river. Mark was wonderful at check in and gave us some great suggestions for dining and snowshoeing spots.
Stayed in #7 upstairs queen with kitchenette and fireplace. The bed was very comfortable and we cooked breakfast one morning and had plenty of room in the refrigerator for our food. You can buy firewood for 5$ but we didnt use the fireplace. It was very quiet, plenty warm with 2 heating systems and not many rooms occupied in early March!

Room tip: Upstairs room may be quieter.
