The cabin was very cute and clean. However, there was an extremely loud noise that came every so often from outside our bedroom. We assumed it was happening when the toilets in our building were flushed or from running water. It could have been more peaceful.

My husband and I often travel in January because it's our wedding anniversary. This year we drove up to Estes Park, Colorado. After some looking on the internet, we found Estes Park Condos and reserved a 2 bedroom condo at the Estes Park Condos. Our experience was excellent! The staff was welcoming and friendly and the condo itself was quite nice. It had a private hottub on the deck overlooking Fall River. We took advantange of the January special which was offered - 3 nights for the price of two and felt that we got outstanding value for our money. Of course, we went into Rocky Mountain National Park which was very convenient to the condos; only 1 mile away!

Room Tip: We had an upstairs condo with no one above us and it was quiet. You might ask for a condo on an upper floor. Not all condos have private hot tubs. If this is important to you, you might consider a condo with a private hot tub.

The size of the condo was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed having a separate downstairs and master bedroom for ourselves. The kids had fun upstairs in the loft in their own room with a separate bathroom and TV. The condo's a little further from town but not by much. It was nice coming back in the evening to a full kitchen and an indoor hot tub. Only recommendation is to have my door mattes so we don't carry the wet snow through the door way and onto the wood floors.

Clean, well appointed condo, plenty of all you need. Warm and cozy. Great for a quick getaway or to spend a week enjoying Estes, Rocky Mountain National Park or just relaxing in a beautiful quiet place. 5 Stars all the way! Thank you so much!!

My wife and I decided that for christmas we would treat ourselves with a night away fromt the kids. We found the estes park condos online they looked good so we booked a night stay and found a sitter. When we arrived the front desk was pleasent checked us in and explained where our room was. When we arrived at our room this is when things started to go wrong. When we opened the front door we were greeted with a pungent smell of rotten food. It was replusive it smelled like a garbage can. We went back to the office to see if something could be done about it and they acted like we were making the smell up. To humor us they said they could have us move to another room and asked if we would like to look at it prior to moving. We agreed and went to look at the room. It was a little bigger but had a smaller bed, smaller tv and needed to be cleaned. House keeping had not made it to this room yet. But it still smelled much better then the first room. We went back to to the office and let them know that we would take the second room and wait for it to be clean. This is where it gets interesting, they tried to charge us more to move. When we refused to pay more for a problem that we did not create they refused to allow us to move. They said they would send housekeeping and maintenance over to the first room. They told us to go back to the first room and try to open the doors and windows to "air out the place." It was less then 30 degrees outside. We did what they asked and when house keeping came by they brought over a 95% empty can of Lysol. Maintenance was a little more help and found the garbage disposal to be jammed and not working. After the maintenance guy left over an hour of our night without kids had elasped. The bad part was the smell was still there and remained there all night. When we check out they apolgized and offered nothing to vailidate the apology. I do not reommed Estes Park Condos and I will never stay there again. Dispite this horrable display of customer service we still made the best of it we had dinner at the Estes Park Brewery they had great customer service, good food, and really good beer.

Room Tip: Try a differnent establishment.
